How our service works for you.

1. Contact us to schedule a free on-site inspection and quote.

2. We then set you up on our route schedule; inform you when we will arrive and when your service day will be.

3. New and one-time clients are required to pay for services up front. This enables you to try out our company and determine whether Harley’s Poop Patrol is the solution to your pet waste needs.

4. Once we arrive at your home, we will thoroughly clean all areas of concern; including flower beds, grass, rocks, beauty bark, front and back yards, and any special areas at your request.

5. You’ll know Harley’s Poop Patrol was there when you find our door hanger on your door.

6. If we happen to miss something, please let us know, and we will return on the next business day to take care of the problem at no extra cost to you.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, Harley’s Poop Patrol can start and stop your service over the phone. There is no minimum service period.

Do I have to be home during the service visits?

No, this service was designed with your convenience in mind. Access to your yard is all we need.

When do I pay?
New and one-time clients are required to pay for services up front. For regular customers, invoices are mailed on the 15th of each month and payment is due by the 5th of the following month.

How do I pay Harley’s Poop Patrol?
We accept cash, check, or money orders. (Credit/Debit Available Soon!)

What happens if I can not pay on time?
A $15 late fee will be assessed for payment not received by the 5th of the month and future service will be suspended until payment has been received.

What if I want to skip a service visit?

You will not be charged for a skipped service visit if you call 48 hours in advance. If you choose to skip several service visits, please let us know so we can put a hold on your account and you will not be charged for those days.

Does Harley’s Poop Patrol work regardless of bad weather?

Yes, we work through bad weather unless it is severe, in which case we will contact you and reschedule.

Why should I hire Harley’s Poop Patrol to clean my yard?

It is time consuming and no one really wants to do it. Besides, you have better things to do with your time, like relaxing and enjoying your leisure time with your dog(s), so let us handle your dog’s business and haul it away.

Does Harley’s Poop Patrol charge extra for a first time cleaning?

A first-time cleaning fee may be charged if there is significant accumulation of waste.

How often will Harley’s Poop Patrol visit my home?

Most customers prefer the recommended twice-per-week service; though other service schedules are available.

Should I unlock my gate on the day of my scheduled visit?

Yes. If we are unable to access the yard because your gate is locked, you will still be charged for the visit. If we have to come back to scoop your yard before the next scheduled visit, you will be charged an additional $15 trip charge. You can provide us with a key or lock combination if that is more convenient for you.

Can Harley’s Poop Patrol work with my dog in the yard?

Harley’s Poop Patrol works well with most pets. If you know that your dog is wary of strangers, or if it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, we will ask that you restrain or confine your dog while we finish. You may also choose to schedule our visit during hours that you will be home.

How does Harley’s Poop Patrol dispose of the waste?

We double bag the pet waste and dispose of it in compliance with all local rules and regulations so you never have to see or smell it again.

We guarantee that you will be happy with our service or it is FREE! We know our business depends on doing excellent work. The quality of our service determines our success. If there is ever an occasion when our work is not completely satisfactory, please let us know immediately. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard, or by crediting your account.
